Did you know that dehydration slows down your metabolic rate? Make sure you drink up before and after a work out to gain the full calorie burning advantages. The average person is advised to gulp down 8 glasses of water a day. In addition you should consume another 16 ounces for each hour of excercise. Always have a bottle of water with you, drink up!!
